Paul is now the proud recipient of a free Gold Membership for life in exchange for getting our logo tattooed on his arm. Paul is eager to get into Domaining and sees the Gold Membership as the perfect tool. Many professional domainers already have a subscription to DomainTools. They’ve learned what an invaluable tool it can be. In fact, most people would prefer that we keep it secret, but with several hundred thousand viewers each day, I think DomainTools is the worst kept secret in our industry. Paul’s fresh start in domaining proves there is still room left for new people to come in.
Paul’s new tattoo is our gear logo without the DomainTools text. We actually held a contest for people to design our logo about two years ago when we switched from the primary domain of Whois.sc to DomainTools.com. The contest was a great way for our users to help us with logo design and now, thanks to Paul, tattoo design. We choose the gear logo to help communicate our ongoing efforts to process and render useful data in very creative ways.
